1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using promptcrates.com ("PromptCrates", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Editorial Library & Prompt Usage Rights

PromptCrates is an editorial, curated knowledge platform. Unless specified otherwise:

• Free & Pro Prompts: You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to copy, adapt, and use prompts from our library to generate AI outputs (images, videos, skills, audio) for personal or commercial projects.
• Generated Outputs: You own the outputs you generate with target AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Suno), subject to the terms of those respective model providers.
• Platform Compilation: The PromptCrates brand, editorial taxonomy, curation structure, and software code are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not scrape, bulk-redistribute, or re-sell the catalog as a competing marketplace.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information. Free tier access is provided with standard rate limits. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider (Stripe) and can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date via your billing settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using PromptCrates, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers without prior written consent.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use our prompts to intentionally generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content violating target AI safety guidelines.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and prompts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because generative AI models update frequently, we do not warrant that prompt outputs will always be identical across different model versions.
