Google Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash Adds 10-Second Scene Extension

On Thursday, 28 August 2026, Google launched Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash, a generative video update whose scene extension can read up to 10 seconds of prior footage instead of about one second.
